$250
This fee covers meetings where a design is not required. This decision will be made during the meeting, based on scope, and detail of work. This typically results in marked up photos and a maintenance plan instead of a design. This fee covers the consultation and advice for project during the initial meeting.
Design Fee
Starting at $600
Designs can range from single page plans with plant labels and gallon sizes, to 3-D models with various images and angles throughout the model. Plan View designs start at $600 and can be completed within 2-4 business days. 3-D models will increase price based on scope and size of overall project. Adding models to the plan will increase design time to 5-9 business days.
Maintenance Plan
Starting at $200
Basic maintenance plan can be provided with each design with basic care needs for $100 (watering for establishment, basic fertilization for establishment). Additional information can be added for homeowners that maintain their landscape themselves (seasonal trimming, seasonal lawn care/fertilization, watering practices).
